So erstellen Sie ein Konto im AVUS Portal:

1. Selbst-Registrierung unter folgendem Link: https://www.avus-portal.com/account/login

2. Benachrichtigen Sie unser Team über Crisp, sobald Sie sich erfolgreich registriert haben.

3. Auf Anfrage erhalten Sie Zugriff zu weiteren Modulen, sowie sicheren Zugang zu Ihren NL/ZS-spezifischen Inhalten. Teilt uns dabei mit, auf welche Module und NL/ZS ihr Zugriff benötigt.

4. Sie können sich nun sowohl im AVUS Portal als auch in AVUS GIS mit denselben Zugangsdaten anmelden.

5. Viel Spaß beim Entdecken der Plattformen! Sollten Sie Probleme haben, können Sie uns jederzeit über Crisp kontaktieren – wir helfen Ihnen gerne weiter.

So setzen Sie Ihr Passwort zurück:

Wenn Sie Ihr Passwort vergessen haben oder es einfach zurücksetzen möchten, folgen Sie diesen Schritten:

1. Besuchen Sie die Startseite der Plattform oder folgenden dem Link: https://www.avus-portal.com/account/login

2. Klicken Sie auf „Passwort vergessen?“

3. Geben Sie Ihre registrierte E-Mail-Adresse ein, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden.

4. Sie erhalten einen Bestätigungscode per E-Mail.

5. Geben Sie diesen Code im AVUS Portal ein.

6. Sie können nun Ihr Passwort zurücksetzen.

7. Gute Nachricht: Ihr AVUS GIS-Passwort wird automatisch ebenfalls aktualisiert.

Wichtige Information zu MU-Änderungen:

Wenn sich Ihre MU ändert, informieren Sie uns bitte über Crisp.

Sobald wir benachrichtigt wurden, werden Ihre AVUS GIS-Gruppenzuweisungen automatisch angepasst.

How to create an account in AVUS Portal:

1. Self-register in the link: https://www.avus-portal.com/account/login

2. Notify our team on Crisp once you've successfully registered.

3. You will be granted access to the AVUS Portal, along with secure access to your NL/ZS content.

4. You can now log in to both AVUS Portal and AVUS GIS, using the same credentials.

How to reset password:

If you've forgotten your password or simply wish to reset it, follow these steps:

1. Visit the home page of the platform: https://www.avus-portal.com/account/login
2. Click on „Passwort vergessen?“

3. Enter your registered email address when prompted.

5. You wll receive a verification code via email.

5. Enter this code in the AVUS Portal.

5. You can now reset your password.

6. Good news: your AVUS GIS password will be automatically updated as well.

Important Information Regarding MU Changes:

If your MU is changing, please notify us via Crisp.

Once we’ve been informed, your AVUS GIS group assignments will be automatically reassigned.
